Carol J. Cusack

Carol J. Cusack, age 81, formerly of Arlington Heights, passed away Tuesday night at Evanston Hospital.

Carol was a member of Sweet Adelines International Chorus

She was the loving wife of the late Michael J. Cusack; the beloved mother Suann and Michael (the late Grace) Cusack; proud grandmother of Mary (Kent) Maurer; great grandmother of Sebastian; cherished aunt of Dave and Steve Ebeling.

Visitation will be held Friday from 3-9 PM, at Friedrichs Funeral Home 320 w. Central (at Northwest Highway).  Visitation will continue Saturday at the funeral home from 11 AM until time of Funeral Service at 12 PM also at the funeral home. Interment will be at a later date.
